A large number of small business owners use one or more spreadsheets to manage their business instead of using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
It’s currently very time-consuming for a business owner to realistically test out QuickBooks, as they’ll first need to progress through about 27 screens in the initial "get to know me" flow.
Generative AI has a potential to drastically change all of this.
Instead of spending time answering questions across a period of screens, this technology enables a business owner to simply upload a few of their business spreadsheets, and within moments they are presented with actual insights about various aspects of their business.
These insights also serve to help find the financial picture of a business illustrating what’s known and making it easy to identify and fill in the gaps simply by dropping in additional documents.
